Fathers Day Gift Ideas (that aren't socks!)
If you're anything like me, Father's Day always seems to creep up out of nowhere, and somehow socks end up in the basket (again!!! đ). But if youâre looking for something a bit more thoughtful this year, something thatâll actually get used and bring a smile, this list is for you.
Here are a few simple but special gift ideas that go beyond the usual suspects:
1. A Hand Stitched Wooden Keyring
Whether heâs a Dad, Daddy, Grandad or Gramps, these stitched keyrings make a lovely everyday keepsake. Each one is hand embroidered and finished with a metal clip, something practical, but also personal. You can even choose the thread colours to match his style (or the kidsâ favourites).
2. A Sign for His Space
Got a shed, garage, or corner of the house he proudly claims as his own? A wooden sign is a fun way to mark his territory, whether itâs âDadâs Garage,â âDaddy's Office" or something completely unique to you, all of my signs are customised and made to order by me so pretty much anything goes!!Â
3. Something from the Kids (With a Twist)
One of my favourite keepsake ideas, these wooden keyrings are engraved with your childâs own handwriting. Whether itâs âLove you Dadâ or a simple "Daddy" , it turns a scribble into something really special. Perfect for when you want something a bit more personal than anything youâll find on the high street.
4. Handmade Over Hamper Filler
Instead of grabbing a generic hamper or gift set, think about a small, handmade piece theyâll keep. A custom wall plaque, hand stitched in his favourite colours, his team's colours, or colours to match your decorđ.
5. For the Rawrsome Dads
When you just want him to know he's Rawrsome đŠ
You can browse the full Fatherâs Day collection in my shop and on Etsy, each piece is made to order, stitched by hand, and ready to wrap đ.
And if you're reading this with a half finished coffee and two tabs open looking for inspiration, you're not alone and you don't need to resort to the socks!!
