As this item is made using laser cut plywood it is recommended the stick be covered in clingfilm before popping in your cake, this will also prolong the life of your cake topper, meaning you can use it again year after year.
Sticks are delicate and so it is recommended that you make a hole for the stick with a straw for example to avoid putting too much pressure on the cake topper.
